Divisions: Division A: Ranking players (state rankings 1 to 16), Team players from
the highest respective divisions of the state associations and
above.
Division B: All other players.
The actual standings from the 2016 season rankings apply for the specified age groups as does the division in which a team plays in the 2015/2016 season.
Registrations for doubles are not restricted.
If partners from different age groups or divisions register, they will be entered into the higher age group or division. Pairings, consisting of players from different clubs need to be registered by the two clubs.
Tournament format: Preliminary round: Group stage (round robin)
Final round: Simple knock-out system
We guarantee every player two games!
Draw: The draw will take place on Wednesday, 23th of March 2016. The Participant lists will be viewable at www.svbb-badminton.net (13th of March 2016) or www.turnier.de(YONEX-Junior-Cup 2016).
Entry:
All clubs/associations have to register their players with the entry form provided on our website (www.svbb-badminton.net).
The entry form should be send to yonex-junior-cup (AT) svbb-badminton (PUNKT) net not later than entry deadline.
Entry deadline: Closing date for registrations is the 05th March 2016 (E-Mail date).
After receiving the entry form, the clubs will receive a temporary conformation of registration.
The entry fee has to be transferred to our account at by the 05th March 2016:

After the entry fee is received, the club will receive a final confirmation of registration.
In order to meet deadlines we have limited the numbers of participants. When confirming or rejecting applications for entry decisions are made according to the order in which registrations are received.
Entry Fee: Entry fee 10,-Euro per participant for the first event
6,-Euro per participant for the second and third event
Accommodation: 2,-Euro per person/night
Breakfast: 4,-Euro per person/day
In case of withdrawal, the entry fee will not be refunded.
Liability remains with the registering club/association.
Arrival:
The “Max-Schmeling-Halle” is open from 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 25th of March 2016.
Accommodation: From Thursday, 24th of March 2016, 10 p.m. in the sports hall of the “1st Grundschule (Primary school) Prenzlauer Berg”, Templiner Straße 1, 10119 Berlin. Accommodation/cleaning costs 2.00 € per person/night.
Please bring your own sleeping bags and inflatable mattresses. Each club must send a responsible person for supervising overnight in the hall.
Breakfast:
A breakfast buffet is offered at 7.30 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday and Monday(4,00 € per day/person) and can be ordered on the entry form.
Shuttles:
Only YONEX AS 30 (A-Class) and und YONEX AS 20 (B-Class) shuttlecocks from the YONEX company are approved as match shuttlecocks. These are to be provided by the participants. Shuttles can be purchased on site at a special tournament price.
Prizes: Division A: Prize money for the first three places
Division B: Non-cash prizes for the first three places
Challenge Cup:
The most successful club will receive the “YONEX-Junior-Cup”, our challenge cup for the best club. This club is responsible for engraving its name on the cup at its own expense and handling it with care. If a club wins the “YONEX-Junior-Cup” three times, the cup passes into their ownership. The winner is determined according to the following points system: 1st place = 12 points // 2nd place = 10 points // 3rd place = 6 points // 4th place = 4 points // 5th-8th place = 2 points
Referee: An official referee will be on site. Participants can also be used by the Tournament Committee as a referee for individual games.
Physical therapist: A physical therapist is in the hall.

Cafeteria:
Cafeteria with special offers such as hot and cold drinks as well as many different meals
Tombola:
A raffle with great prizes will be prepared
Miscellaneous: In order to ensure the future success of the tournament, we have a number of perennial requests:
1. Alcohol is prohibited on the entire tournament.
2. Please only enter the halls wearing indoor sports shoes.
3. Please keep halls, changing rooms and toilets clean.
4. The organizer will not be liable for lost valuables, clothing, or equipment.
5. The instructions of the hall managers and tournament administration must be followed.
